Role Description:
The Legal Operations Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimising legal departments’ operational efficiency. This position focuses on strategic planning, process improvement and the implementation of legal technology solutions to enhance the overall performance of the legal function. The Legal Operations Director plays a crucial role in aligning the legal departments’ goals with the broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise legal operations.
Oversee the integration of legal technology and manage the legal tech portfolio.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships and resource allocation.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with senior management to align legal operations with business strategies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of legal operations
Key Requirements:
Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or legal qualification is highly desirable.
At least 8-10 years of experience in legal operations or a related field, with a proven track record in leadership and strategic roles.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, make strategic decisions and drive long-term planning.
In-depth understanding of legal processes, contract management and corporate governance.
Familiarity with legal technology solutions and their application in optimising legal operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex legal and business requirements into actionable strategies.

Role Description:
The Legal Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of legal departments. This role involves optimising processes, managing legal technology and ensuring efficient use of resources. The Legal Operations Manager works closely with the wider legal team to improve productivity and streamline workflows, ensuring the departments run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation and optimisation of legal technology tools.
Oversee the daily operations of the legal department, including budgeting and resource management.
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth legal operations.
Monitor and report on operational performance using key metrics and KPIs.
Assist in managing legal department budgets and vendor relationships
Key Requirements:
Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in legal operations or a similar role, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.

Contract Manager
Role Description:
The Contract Manager is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a wide range of contracts, including procurement, partnership and supplier agreements. This role requires a deep understanding of corporate and contract law, and involves working closely with various business units to provide pragmatic and robust legal solutions. The Contract Manager ensures that all documentation is systematically maintained, organisational memory is retained and that legal and commercial risks are proactively managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, negotiate and provide legal advice on procurement, partnership and supplier contracts.
Proactively advise on legal, commercial, and operational risks associated with contracts, ensuring comprehensive legal support.
Collaborate with business lines and relevant stakeholders to deliver pragmatic legal solutions that align with company policies.
Ensure systematic maintenance of documentation and implementation of processes to retain organizational memory.
Work closely with and report to the Legal team, providing support and ensuring alignment with the organization’s legal strategy.
Key Requirements:
Degree in Law.
Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) as an in-house lawyer or with a reputable commercial law firm.
Strong legal analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and sound knowledge of corporate and contract law.
Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, meeting critical deadlines.
Capability to work independently as a legal professional and custodian of company policies, as well as collaboratively within a team.

The Legal Data Analytics Specialist is responsible for analysing data to provide insights that inform decision-making and optimise legal processes. This role involves collecting, interpreting and presenting data to help the legal team improve efficiency, predict trends and make data-driven decisions. The Legal Data Analytics Specialist plays a key role in transforming data into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyse and interpret data related to legal operations and performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into key metrics.
Work with the legal team to identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
Support decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining and updating databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics into legal strategies.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a legal or corporate environment
Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in Microsoft O365, Salesforce, DocuSign, and legal software.

Role Description:
The Legal Technology Specialist is responsible for implementing and managing the legal technology solutions that support the legal department’s operations. This role involves evaluating, selecting, and deploying technology tools that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the delivery of legal services. The Legal Technology Specialist ensures that the legal department is equipped with the best tools to meet its objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and implement legal technology solutions to support legal operations.
Manage the integration of legal tech tools with existing systems.
Provide training and support to legal staff on technology tools and platforms.
Monitor the performance and effectiveness of legal technology tools.
Stay up-to-date with emerging legal technology trends and recommend new tools as needed.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless technology integration.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience with legal technology tools and platforms.
Strong understanding of the legal industry and its technology needs.

Role Description:
The Paralegal will assist the legal team, focusing on contract administration and corporate governance. This role involves reviewing, drafting and amending legal documents, managing legal templates, and providing general legal support. The Paralegal will work closely with wider legal team, offering subject matter expertise on contracts administration and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, interpret and amend contracts and other legal documents as requested by the legal team.
Draft legal documents using in-house templates and ensure the correct versions are distributed to relevant stakeholders.
Manage contract administration, including processing documents for signatures via DocuSign and tracking outstanding legal items.
Organize, scan, file and maintain legal documents in accordance with the filing system.
Offer general legal support on an as-needed basis, adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert on contract administration-related issues.
Key Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in contract administration, with a strong emphasis on software agreements.
Experience working with multinational companies in the APAC region is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft O365, Salesforce, DocuSign, and legal software.
Familiarity with APAC regulations and data protection laws applicable to tech companies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
High attention to detail, strong organisational and analytical skills, and the ability to manage a heavy workload proactively.
